I've seen apps that claim to do it, but have no clue of they're legit. I'd love to find a way to transfer music AND playlists from iPod to my SD card to save time and sanity. Check Save to folder in the pop-up dialog and click Change to browse your computer. I have all my music uploaded to Google Play Music, but it would take a ridiculously long time to redo all the playlists I have made over the years and it all requires data to play unless I save to device (I have over 140GB on my iPod). Step 4: Choose Export Directory and Transfer iPod Music. After a while, your iPod music will be available on your Android phone. Choose the Android phone as target and click Transfer Now to start transferring music from iPod to Android phone. Some day my iPod will die and/or I'll get a new car and I'll want the same music setup, so I'm trying to think ahead. Step 4: Choose Export Directory and Transfer iPod Music.
I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer this over to my phone (preferably the SD card) so I can have the same organization on my phone. I'm very accustomed to being able to start a playlist and it will go through an entire discography of I so desire. I organize my iPod in playlists, which are actually the band/artist and all of the albums in chronological order. I have an iPod classic that is my main source of music for my car (it is the only effective way to interface with the car audio system, Bluetooth doesn't worth and no aux port).
